Alexa drives innovation at the intersection of social impact and the private sector. She works with companies to define strategy, deliver on best practice, and influence global policy. Her recent work focuses on the intersection of technology, policy, and social transformation.
Alexa currently serves as a Consultant on long-term assignment with the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. Previously, she served as an Advisor with CARE International and in roles with Business in the Community, ELL Limited, and the Skoll-Award winning social enterprise Verite in more than 30 countries.
Alexa’s writing has been featured on The Guardian, The Stanford Social Innovation Review, UNIDO’s Making It Magazine, Business Fights Poverty, The Double X Economy and other leading publications. Alexa holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a MSc Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Said Business School, where she was a Forte Fellow and a winner of the inaugural Davies Award on the Internet of Everything.
